What is MappyMail?
MappyMail lets you send physical mail online without an account, a subscription, or nagging emails. You see the price up front and we try to keep it very reasonable.
What's the point of MappyMail?
Sending paper mail isn't always convenient - you need paper, envelopes, stamps, a printer, and ink in a printer. It might be a lot cheaper to just send it through MappyMail.
Where can I send mail to?
Anywhere in the world. Letters sent outside of the US is an additional fee.
Do I need an account or subscription?
Nope. Just enter the address, write or upload your letter, pay, and send.
Can I write the letter online instead of uploading a PDF?
Yep. You can write your letter in the app or upload a PDF if you already have one.
What types of files can I upload?
At this time, we only allow for PDFs to be uploaded. If you have a Word doc or anything else, save it as a PDF and then upload it.
Is there a size or page limit to what I can mail?
Yes, PDFs are limited to 5MB and we cannot mail more than 60 pages.
Why is there a cover page included when uploading a PDF?
We use a windowed envelope for the recipient and return addresses, so the first page needs to include them. We add a cover page so your PDF prints and delivers exactly as intended.
Can I send a letter anonymously?
Yes. If you send anonymous letters, please check (4) Acceptable Use on our Legal Stuff page.
Is the information I provide to send a letter secure?
We lock things down as much as we can and only share the info needed to print and mail your letter.
When should I expect the recipient to receive my letter?
Most letters arrive in about 7-10 days, excluding holidays.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, and Cash App Pay.
