1. Service Description

MappyMail lets you compose a letter or upload a PDF and have it printed and mailed to a recipient in the United States. We rely on third-party providers for payment processing, printing, and delivery. You are responsible for the device, software, and internet access needed to use the Service.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time. We are not liable for any changes, downtime, or discontinuation, except as required by law.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for activity that happens through your account or payment method.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process, print, and transmit your content solely to provide the Service. You represent that you have all rights and permissions required to submit the content and any recipient addresses.

4. Acceptable Use

We have zero tolerance for abuse, threats, fraud, impersonation, blackmail, or unlawful behavior. You may not use the Service to create, send, or facilitate content that:

• Is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or promotes criminal activity.
• Contains threats, harassment, intimidation, stalking, or encourages violence or self-harm.
• Includes blackmail, extortion, or coercion of any kind.
• Impersonates a person or organization, or misrepresents your identity.
• Is hateful, discriminatory, or targets protected classes.
• Is obscene, sexually explicit, or exploits or endangers minors in any way.
• Infringes intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Includes phishing, impersonation, doxing, or attempts to obtain sensitive information.
• Is spam, bulk unsolicited marketing, or deceptive advertising.
• Contains malware, harmful code, or instructions for wrongdoing.

We may refuse to print or deliver any submission, remove content, suspend accounts, or report matters to law enforcement when we believe abuse or illegal conduct is involved.

5. Payments and Refunds

Prices are displayed at checkout and may change at any time. Payments are processed by third-party providers; we do not store full payment card details. You are responsible for any taxes or fees required by your jurisdiction.

All sales are final once a letter enters production or is handed to a carrier. If we fail to process your letter due to a technical error on our end, we will either re-send it or refund the applicable fee at our discretion.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if we believe you violated these Terms, failed to pay required fees, or used the Service in a way that is unlawful, abusive, or harmful to us or others.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY TIMES, UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE, OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAPPYMAIL WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MappyMail.com, LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the latest changes. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
